At Athaayu Uro Care we aim to make billing, appointment cancellations, and refunds as clear and fair as possible. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued, how to request them, and how they will be processed.
If a payment was made in error or duplicated, you may request a refund by contacting us through email or front-desk. We will acknowledge your request and review it. Requests should include your payment details and reason for requesting a refund so we can process it faster.
Refunds are considered eligible when there has been overpayment, incorrect billing, or the service booked was not rendered. Refunds are usually processed within 7–15 business days from the date the request is approved. If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be returned to the same card or, if necessary, credited to your bank account. For NEFT/RTGS or cash payments, refunds will be issued to your nominated bank account.
If you cancel an appointment before the service has been provided, consultation fees will be refunded in full. However, once a consultation has occurred or a diagnostic/procedure has been performed, refunds will not be issued. For cancellations initiated by Athaayu Uro Care (for example, due to clinician unavailability), any consultation or service fees already paid will be refunded in full.
Certain specialized services that are already performed or consumables that have been used may not be refundable, except where required by law. If a payment is non-refundable, we will inform you at the time of booking or prior to charging.
Refund timelines depend on the original payment method; generally, refunds are completed within 7–15 business days after approval. The actual credit to your account may depend on your bank or payment provider’s processes.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
